 Shop often so you don't miss out on the very best treasures.  They move quickly! 

1. Send an email to clotheslineclothing@shaw.ca Place the words "Check my Balance" in the message line. 
   Provide us with the e-mail address that you want us to use to identify your account.   If you have multiple accounts we will need multiple e-mail addresses. Each store account must have its own designated e-mail address.  We will then authorize your account(s) to upload your balance to the web.  
   • This process may take 24 hours or more for the information to activate. Once it is activated your balance will upload several times per day.
2. Next copy the following URL into your address bar and go to the resale world login site. http://myclothesline.shoprw.com/consignor/login.php
3. Log in to the website using the e-mail address that you have provided in your initial e-mail as both your PASSWORD and LOGIN ID. You will the have the option to CHANGE your password to something you will remember (Please keep track of your new password because we have no way of tracking this for you).
4. • If you are experiencing difficulties logging on please understand that you must have sold at least one item associated with the account before the online option will activate. Until that time you will receive a message saying  " It appears as though your account information is not correct or an account has not been created for you."  If this error message persists for more than one week please call the store to verify that your account has been set up accurately.
5. A note about consignment...
   • When you choose to use the online option and bring in your consignment,  we will process each order and send you a corresponding e-mail item list. Each item will have a product number.  If you use the consignment login"App" to check your balance you will only be able to see the product numer and the amount sold.  No description will be available.  It is important you keep a copy of your item list to understand what has been sold.
   • Each consignment item will have a price.  This price is subject to change as we have daily feature sales and weekly markdowns.  This is very important to remember during our January and July clearance sales.
